[SDNY] TWENTY EIGHTH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2022. THOUSANDS OF SUPPORTERS ARE BURNING UP THE INTERNET BLOGOSPHERE WITH OUTRAGE OVER CHRIS BOUZY, A NEW JERSEY RESIDENT AND BUSINESS OWNER.

IN SEVERAL LIVESTREAM INTERNET VIDEO SHOWS, OVER $30,000.00 USD has been collected to docket yet another legal action against Mr. Bouzy and his Twitter "hobby toy" known as Bot Sentinel (Botinel).

NOTE: Hobby toy and Botinel are terms used to contextualize the Internet fracas.

Media organizations like Rolling Stone, CBS Good Morning America and the Washington Post quote the once bankrupt Bouzy, "CEO" of Botinel, on issues about targeted harassment and coordinated inauthentic behavior on Twitter.

WELCOME BACK I’m sorry its been so long but we are back with a very important episode. Today we are getting into the controversial owner of bot sentinel - Chris Bouzy and how he has somehow decided it is a good idea to go after the lawtubers. Specifically Nate the Lawyer. We’re talking about bankruptcy fraud (allegedly) and the defamation case Nate the Lawyer is bringing against Mr. Bouzy. Here’s hoping Mr. Bouzy doesn’t come after me and try to ban me from twitter like he did some other people today.

ABOVE: Screaming U.S. Senator from New Jersey is rumored to be a "pal" of Christopher Bouzy. Hmmmm.

PUSHING FOR INVESTIGATION

UNDER NEW PRIVACY LAW

Apparently complaints are being filed against Mr. Bouzy with New Jersey's brand new (2018) Consumer Fraud Prosecution section that specializes in Internet privacy and security practices.

OFFICE OF STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL Published May 9, 2018 at 7:05 PM

TRENTON – Responding to growing threats to the online privacy of New Jersey’s residents, Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal announced plans to create a new civil enforcement unit, known as the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity (DPC) Section, within his office. The new DPC Section will be housed within the Division of Law’s Affirmative Civil Enforcement Practice Group. The Section will be staffed by Division of Law attorneys whose specific charge will be to enforce laws that protect New Jersey residents’ data privacy and cybersecurity by bringing affirmative civil actions against violators. Another role of the Section will be to provide legal advice to the State’s Executive Branch agencies on compliance with cyber-related state and federal laws and standards.

"Cyber malfeasance is, by its nature, a borderless issue—as the current split in federal circuit courts regarding standing in data breach litigation highlights—in dire need of resolution. Yet, for the time being, actions such as this by New Jersey remind us of the continued relevance of the Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution and the role that the individual states may have to sheriff an otherwise wild-west-like area of law. Battles of preemption are likely to follow, but at least New Jersey’s citizens can perhaps find solace in knowing that there will be increased efforts to protect their data privacy and security interests and remedies available for those who become victims." Comments by a Certified Civil Trial attorney in New Jersey.

BOT NETWORKS

ABOVE: Apparently Washington Post (WaPo) reporter Taylor Lorenz has extensively quoted Chris Bouzy in articles about harassment campaigns on YouTube and Twitter.

It seems this new Internet dust-up was spawned when Taylor Lorenz was accused of specifically targeting TUG (Twitter name = ThatUmbrellaGuy @ThatUmbrella). Supposedly "TUG" took exception with the reporting of Ms. Lorenz.

Keeping in mind it was the Washington Post OPED by Amber Heard that spawned the Johnny Depp defamation legal action in Virginia.

GEORGE WEBB CONNECTION

Further developments indicate that the net may be closing in on an alleged Chris Bouzy co-conspirator and conspiracy theorist George Webb, named in the complaint of the Chris Bouzy Botinel lawsuit.
