Federal judge slaps down Jason Goodman's COVID case transfer request, freezes lawsuit for 60 days

UPDATE: FEDERAL JUDGE SLAPS DOWN GOODMAN, STAYS PROCEEDINGS SIXTY DAYS

OPINION AND EDITORIAL

It now appears that apparent "germ-o-phobe" conspiracy theorist Jason Goodman is concerned that he might catch the COVID-19 virus as his AMTRAK train travels through Delaware to the Richmond, Virginia courthouse -- in the lawsuit against him filed three years ago. In light of this potential exposure Jason Goodman, side-kick of conspiracy theorist pal Larry Klayman, wants his defamation, slander and libel trial moved from Richmond, Virginia to the South District of New York (S.D.N.Y.).

Presumably this matter will be taken up during the scolding session (show cause hearing) that was scheduled for 9:30 am (Monday, July 27, 2020) by the federal judge in Richmond, Virginia to see if Goodman must pay fines or sanctions for is alleged courtroom antics that appear to resemble those of his pal Larry Klayman.

Meanwhile, the lawsuit Plaintiff, Robert David Steele (RDS) has conducted a lengthy one hour interview with former Jason Goodman side-kick and pal Dr. Jerome Corsi (who supposedly told Goodman, via his attorney (Larry Klayman), to F_CK OFF).
